Draconis’ Patented CBD Extraction Process Starts at 25 Tons Per Day !!

Draconis Extraction Technologies has developed and patented an extremely, efficient alcohol, extraction distillation process, that can be used with clones, transplants and seed grown plants.

The system is efficient and recovers 95% or more of the alcohol and at least 90% of the heat, used to distill the oil.

Draconis also has a companion technology to convert the waste material into energy in the form of a biogas, synthetic natural gas, synthetic petroleum and a high fixed carbon fertilizer that will have a 5-5-5 composition.

All of the energy can be used on site to power the facility and excess energy can be wheeled out on the power lines.

Draconis is also developing systems to use some of the residual biomass from fiber production to produce a fine cellulose for the paper industry. Also the cellulose fiber can be treated and converted to rayon for use in the plastic industry.

Draconis can have a system operating within about 6 months of signing an agreement.

In light of this, the Draconis system is aimed at a facility that could do up to 100 ton per day of hemp biomass utilizing 25 ton per day processing lines.

This insures that the facility is always processing even if one line was down for cleaning, repair, etc.

Each 25 ton per day line would produce approximately 2,270,000 grams per day or around $4,540,000.00 per day at $2.00/g.  One month of production would produce around $136,200,000.00 gross profit.

“CANNABIDIOL EXTRACTION PLANT AND PROCESS” Patent No: 9,895,404 B1

  • This is an all-natural, alcohol extraction process that provides approximately 90% efficiency in the extraction of CBD or THC from cannabis biomass. The system can do a broad spectrum extraction that contains terpenes and Cannabinoids that are extremely biologically active and provides for the best reported effectiveness in the available literature.
  • The system is scalable from small appliances that can be used to produce product for cottage industry producers to commercial and industrial scale systems that would have inputs of 100 to 1,000 tons per day of cannabis biomass.
  • System costs are lower than those associated with high pressure (super critical) carbon dioxide systems and alcohol does not extract the heavier waxes like CO2 systems. The light wax that is extracted can be removed through an easy to add step after the alcohol extraction and prior to distillation.
  • Distillation can be done at atmospheric or it can be accomplished through vacuum distillation with little added expense and a much faster distillation processing.
  • The residual cannabis biomass can be further processed into microcrystalline cellulose and or energy products by adding on processing steps that provide for the production of these products.
